The TikTok Shop Developers Guild is an exclusive program designed to encourage developers to create fully published public apps for the TikTok Shop App Store. To apply, you'll need a Partner ID. Create an account on TikTok Shop Partner Center to get your Partner ID before you start your application.
Applications are open until the program has been filled for the current cycle. Those who are approved will be added to the program and be eligible for the incentive bonus upon completion of their published app as long as it has been submitted for publication within the program cycle. We understand that app development can be tricky and we will honor payment once the application becomes fully published as long as the process has been started before the end of the program cycle.
Program cycle length 3 months (90 days). The program starts on the first business day of the start of the month (August 1st) and ends on the last business day of the ending month (October 30th).
Registration window and selection process.
Registrants are selected based upon viability of their app idea, current density of the apps in their targeted use-case, and market need within our app store.
The registration window for each cycle is open until the program is filled or 1/2 of the cycle has passed. Once half of the cycle has passed, new registrations will be applied to the next program cycle.
Eligibility
Only the following individuals or groups will be eligible to participate in the Challenge:
- individuals who are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your country of residence as of the start date of the Challenge;
- You are a resident of a jurisdiction where entry in the Challenge is not prohibited by law, regulation, or similar;
- Your participation in the Challenge is not in violation of any law or regulation applicable to you;
- You are not a resident of, citizen, or located in a geographic area that is subject to UN-, US-, EU-, Swiss or any other sovereign country sanctions or embargoes;
- You, nor, if applicable, any third party entities that you represent is (i) listed or associated with any person or entity being listed on any denied persons or sanctions list of any government, (ii) is a person identified as a terrorist organization or any other relevant lists maintained by any governmental authority;

Employees, officers and contractors of TikTok, and their immediate family and/or household members, are not eligible to participate.
Violation of these Terms, the TikTok Policies and/or applicable law may result in disqualification from this Challenge and TikTok Shop Partner Center account suspension.
We reserve the right to disqualify any participant who does not comply with TikTok Policies and/or any applicable laws.
